At Flare Arts we care about being accessible to all, regardless of circumstance. If you find yourself facing financial challenges, our program is designed to offer limited assistance to help cover reasonable travel and essential food expenses if partaking in our professional development programme.

How to Apply:
To begin your application, please use the provided Google Form link below:

Complete the Application Form:
Fill out all required fields in the Google Form.
Provide information about the hardship you are facing.
Attach any necessary documentation.
Submit the Application:
Ensure all information is accurate and complete before submitting.
Click the "Submit" button on the Google Form.
Please Plan in Advance:
If you foresee the need for hardship funding due to planned travel or other foreseeable circumstances, please plan in advance.
Apply at least four weeks prior to the event or situation requiring financial assistance.
Important Notes:
Hardship funding is limited.
Funding only intended to cover reasonable travel (up to £30) and essential food contributions only, (up to £15).
Applications are reviewed by a internally to ensure fair and transparent distribution of funds.
Processing and Payment:
Applications will be processed as quickly as possible, but it is recommended to apply well in advance to allow for thorough review and timely disbursement.
Approved funds will be disbursed directly to the applicant.
Confidentiality:
All information provided in the application will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Access to this information will be restricted to the committee members involved in the review process.
Appeals Process:
If your application is denied and you believe it was unfairly assessed, you have the right to submit an appeal in writing to emma.curation@flarearts.co.uk within 2 weeks of notification. The appeal will be reviewed and given a final determination.
